HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

Step 1: Create An Account and sign the liability waiver. Please use Google Chrome. 

Step 2: Download & Log Into The App.

 

Once registered, you will receive a link to download the SSWEAT app. In your email invitation, you will receive a temporary password for the app. Once downloaded, please fill out the medical form in order to proceed with booking. 

Class Types

SPIN

​

Spin45: 

A high-energy, rhythm-based cycling class that blends intense cardio, climbs, and sprints with upbeat music to push your limits and leave you feeling empowered.​

​

YOGA

​

Stretch45: A 45-minute recovery class designed to improve flexibility and mobility. This guided session focuses on deep stretches and restorative movements to release tension, prevent injuries, and leave you feeling refreshed.

​

Power45: A dynamic, yoga-inspired class that blends strength, stability, and breathwork into a powerful 45-minute session. Expect to flow through challenging poses and sequences that build heat, enhance focus, and leave you feeling strong and energized

​

Flow60: A 60-minute yoga class focused on seamless movement and mindfulness. This longer session combines fluid transitions, breathwork, and flexibility-building poses for a well-rounded, rejuvenating experience suitable for all levels.

STRENGTH

 

​HIIT45: A fast-paced, 45-minute workout combining short bursts of high-intensity exercises with recovery periods to maximize calorie burn and improve endurance.

​

Strength45/60: A full-body strength training class focusing on form and muscle-building. Use kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises to boost power and sculpt your physique in just 45 or 60 minutes.

Band45: A 45-minute resistance band workout targeting your entire body. Build strength, improve mobility, and tone muscles through low-impact yet highly effective exercises.

SSWEAT

SSWEAT45: A high-intensity fusion of cycling and HIIT. This 45-minute class combines heart-pumping sprints on the bike with off-the-bike high-intensity intervals to torch calories, boost endurance, and build explosive power.

SSWEAT50: The perfect balance of cardio and flow. This 50-minute class begins with an energizing cycling session to rev up your heart rate, followed by a yoga-inspired cooldown to stretch, center, and rejuvenate your body and mind.

SSWEAT60: A powerhouse combination of cycling and strength training. This 60-minute class pairs intense cycling intervals with off-the-bike strength exercises using dumbbells or kettlebells to sculpt muscles and improve overall performance.
